Chef Blyth is originally from New Orleans L.A. and Chef Natalie from Houston TX. We met in 2004 and attended the Art Institute of Houston for culinary arts school and both graduated with honors in 2006.
Upon completion went to work in the food industry for a few years, but corporate business was a better financial move for the both of us then. We realized we had to take a chance on us and follow our "true calling" as chefs.
